How do you disable window.status for all links without having the onMouseover in the anchor tags?

Apr 5th, 2008 20:14
ha mo, Mark Pratt, Ed Johnson,

Try this piece of Javascript between the head tags of the document
you want to disable the links on :
<script language="javascript">
window.onload = disableStatuses ;
function disableStatuses() { for ( var count = 0 ; count <
document.links.length; count++ ) document.links[count].onmouseover =
blankStatus ; }
function blankStatus() { window.status = "" ; return true ; }
</script>
