there are (at least)two easy-to-use tools with different advantages , y 
can use:
DB Tools Manager at http://dbtools.vila.bol.com.br
and
mySQLfront at www.mysqlfront.de

Or you can try Data Loader which transfer data between Access,
MySQL,Oracle,Foxpro and Text Files. website: http://www.dbload.com
