can i have limited scrolling which can work both in internet explorer and netscape

I am not sure what you mean by "limited scrolling" if you mean to have a 
single scroll bar for multiple frames then yes that is possible.  You 
can do that by placing all of your framesets in another frameset, sett 
the smaller frameset to noscroll and then set the main frameset set to 
auto.  If that isn't what you were trying to do then email me  or post
