Is there anyway to suppress certain IP's in apache log files, without greping them?

here a way to disallow logging from 127.0.0.1 (if you have more than one
ip to block add multiple SetEnvIf line)

SetEnvIf Remote_Addr "127\.0\.0\.1" nolog
CustomLog logs/access_log common env=!nolog
