Is there somewhere I can get a already compiled version of Apache 2.0 for Windows NT?

Anthony Boyd, Philip Blakemore,

Yes, apache.org contains pre-built binaries for a massive number of
operating systems. The URL for WinNT binaries is currently this:

http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/

As is mentioned at that URL, the 2.0 beta is available as a MSI
installer file. Right now the current one is the "apache_2_0_28-beta-
win32-x86-no_ssl.msi" file.

To future-proof this answer, when this material becomes out-of-date,
just remember the generic solution to finding these binaries: go to
apache.org, and click the "HTTP server" link. Then click
the "download" link and start looking for binaries for your system.
