TSE: What is the maximum filesize of a .mac macro in TSE?

.mac files must be less than ~16900 bytes, or thus about 17 Kbyte in 
size

(this because of the way the DOS versions virtual memory manager and
macro loader has been written)

PS .mac macro files might get bigger than 17 Kbyte:

- if you compile them via sc.exe or sc32.exe with
the debug option -v

- when you concatenate or append several smaller macro to
a larger one
