How can I send a copy of all mails to another account?

Why is mail getting forwarded, but not appearing on the server machine?

You need two lines in your .qmail file.  One to forward and one to place
in the users Maildir

For example: .qmail-shark

    &shark@foo.com
    ./Maildir/

Or whatever the path to the maildir is.
