Are there any bug tracking systems written in Python?

XEN, http://bits.netizen.com.au/Xen/, has been discontinued and the
authors discourage further work on it.
http://software-carpentry.codesourcery.com/ has a specific category for
tracking systems. Roundup, currently available at
http://www.lfw.org/python/, has a lot of work to be done.
Currently there are two others, based on Zope (and thus python), which
will do the basic handling of issues:
