Is this possible to determine size of page which contains scrollbars ?

No.. you can get the file size by downloading it, most browsers will
tell you how big the file is in KB, but if you want to look at lines..
nope.. not going to happen with Javascript.. A line count is out of the
question as lines are dependent upon resolutions, higher resolutions
will mean fewer lines, low resolutions mean lots of lines.. there is no
way of making that calculation in Javascript..  however, if you are
using linix.. that is a different story,

     Possibly your question means something else.  The following 
properties will tell you the scrollable width and height of the 
document:
document.body.scrollWidth
document.body.scrollHeight
