How do I start the Java VM when NN4 starts?

If you are experiencing crashes with NN4 when the Java VM is started 
('Starting Java ...' appears in the status bar) it might help to start 
the Java VM directly when NN is started. The following command line 
option does that on Windows:
  netscape.exe -start_java
