my cpu storage is allways running at 100% could someone tell me why thanks

there is no storage in cpu, i will assume you meant usage. If your cpu
usage is running 100% all the time it could be only because of some
program taking up lot cpu resources. Try running task manager and then
checking individual programs to see which one is the culprit.
