can we generate dyanmic rows in a table

did you mean add new rows to the table?
if so,

INSERT INTO <TABLE_NAME> (COL1, COL2..) VALUES ('VAL1', VAL2)

is the way
val1 is STRING/VARCHAR
val2 is number
