I have purchased a web template (small flash inc) and I want to know how to resize it to fullscreen

Though it is impossible to say this with any level of certainty without 
seeing your page code, it is usually a simple matter of changing the 
page layout container from an absolute size to a relative size, usually 
a percentage.
