You do not. All data on forms are submitted to a script you have written
specifically for the form. The script may insert it into a text file, a
database or whatever you may want it to. From there, you may want to
handle it in any number of ways.
Javascript was not meant for this sort of thing, and does not readily
adapt to it, so I would suggest you look at PHP/MySQL to accomplish this
feat.
