How can I make a button sound two simultaneous beeps on different notes?

I don't think it is worth the hassle. You would need to embed a wav or 
midi file that onclick is played. Check the liveaudio section in 
Netscape's client side JavaScript guide which is linked to in the 
documentation section of this site.
