How do I run a dynamic DNS service using tinydns?

Gerrit Pape has created an add-on to djbdns called tinydyndns.  An 
interesting feature of this dynamic DNS service is its use of a POP3 
protocol and authentication dialog to authenticate users, virtually 
assuring the presence of a usable "dynamic DNS client" on every 
platform.

An example client for *nix systems is included starting in the 0.3.0 
release.
