Use for example a ShowMessage box between your commands.
---
e.g.
ShowMessage( 'To something, and now comes step 1.' );
// now run your first command, program or executable
ShowMessage( 'To something else, and now comes step 2.' );
// now run your second command, program or executable
ShowMessage( 'do something, and now comes step 3.' );
// now run your third command, program or executable
and so on...
---
This works because 'ShowMessage', by design, waits until you have press
the OK button, before continuing with the next step.
---
A possible next step could be to use a:
MessageDlg()
box instead of a
ShowMessage()
box, as this gives you more choices (e.g. 'Yes', 'No', 'Cancel')
