unknown unknown,

To create a folder alert you just need to click on the 'Add Folder
Alert' link for the knowledge base folder you are interested in having
an alert on. This link is located across from the 'Folders' heading.

By clicking on the 'Add Folder Alert' link you set up an e-mail alert
for yourself on the folder you are in. What that means is that if any
member of the FAQTs community makes changes to that folder or its
contents, or any of its sub-folders and their contents, you will receive
an e-mail advising you of the changes that have been made and which
member made the change. For example, if you set a folder alert on the
the top level FAQTS folder you will get an e-mail when any change is
made anywhere on the entire site. Most people will only want to set a
folder alert on a knowledge base folder of their specific area of
interest.
