To create an entry alert you just need to click on the 'Add Entry
Alert' link for the entry you are interested in having 
an alert on. This link is located across from the 'Entry' heading. 

By clicking on the 'Add Entry Alert' link you set up an e-mail alert 
for yourself on the entry you are in. What that means is that if any 
member of the FAQTs community makes changes to that entry you will 
receive an e-mail advising you of the changes that have been made and 
which member made the change. Most people will only want to set an 
entry alert on a knowledge base entry of their specific area of 
interest.
