Do FAQTs knowledge bases have to be computer related?

Faqts knowledge bases don't necessarily need to be computer based, if 
the pokèmon knowledge base, http://pokemon.faqts.com , doesn't prove 
this nothing will :-)

Topics can be anything; computing, literature, travel, music, education, 
sport, art.  A small list of the possibilities.

Basically the topics can be anything that you are interested in.
