I'm getting the following message: "The dynamic link library MSVCRTD.dll could not be found in the specified path" What's going wrong here?

I had this problem when using LDAP functions within PHP. To solve this 
you need a copy of MSVCRTD.DLL. I have knock up a quick page about it...
