How can I delete a knowledge base folder?

Click on the 'Manage Folder' link which can be found between 'Add Folder 
Alert' - and - 'Manage Links', across from the 'Folders' heading. 

If the folder has no content and you would like to delete it click on 
the "Save" button beneath the Delete: heading. A confirmation page will 
load verifying that you do wish to delete the folder, if you're sure 
click on the "Save" button once more.

Another page will load letting you know the changes have been made, a 
link back to the folder that held the folder you've just deleted and a 
list of FAQTs members that will have been sent an e-mail alert as a 
result of your actions.

Deleting a folder can only be done if the folder has no content, entries 
or sub-folders.
