To make it easier to find the different web services on the Internet
one has agreed about a standard for registring and finding web 
services.

This standard has been called

UDDI (=Universal Description, Discovery and Integration)

Web Services in UDDI are organized with regard to

 author,

 type of service

 further details about this service

Delphi 7, Kylix 3 och JBuilder have UDDI browsers which you can use
to goto UDDI servers on the Internet, and then search on them
for the web services you need (e.g. driving directions, language 
translation, ...)
