QuickReport is not anymore officially included in the palette of Delphi
v7, and not supported in this version.

Borland has replaced it with Rave components.

you can installed components of the quickreport in Delphi 7
1) go to menu, Component.
2) SelectInstall Packages.
3) Add...
4) find c:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi7\Bin\dcltqr70.bpl

This instaling the QuickReport Components

But the TQRChart not installed in this action, you have a first search 
the components of of the teechart before installed the Quick.
