Steps: Overview:

 1. Goto DOS

 2.  type command:

      net diag

 3.   you will see:

 4.    'IPX and NetBIOS have been detected. Press I to use IPX for 
diagnostics,
        N to use NetBios, or E to exit this program'.

 5.      Press 'I' or 'N', then MND searches the protocol

 6.       Finally set up this computer as a diagnostics server.

 7.        Then goto the other machine(s) and run also

            net diag

 8.         Then this computer should see the diagnostics server.
            If not, connection problem e.g.
