Steps: Overview:
 1. -Start Microsoft SQL server Enterprise manager
 2. -Select a database in the left pane,
     by clicking on the '+' to expand
     then clicking on the name of that
     database (e.g. 'Northwind') to
     highlight it
 3. -right click
 4. -select from list 'New'
 5. -select from list 'Stored Procedure'
 6. -Add possibly some text in the default
     template text
      CREATE PROCEDURE [OWNER].[PROCEDURE NAME] AS
     Note:
     For some examples see e.g. the
     default present 'Northwind' database
     in Microsoft SQL server.
 7. -click button 'Save Template As'
     when finished
