Steps: Overview:

 1. -Make sure Visual Studio is running

 2. -select from menu option 'Tools'

 3. -select from list 'Macros'

 4. -select from list 'Run Temporary Macros'

 5. -a recorder box appears and your actions (e.g. clicking a button)
     are stored until you click on the 'Stop recording' in this
     recorder box.

 6. -this will store this actions in a 'Temporary Macro file'

 7. -you can then save and rename this file for later
     use.
