Steps: Overview:
 1. -Start Microsoft SQL server Query analyzer
 2. -Start the 'Object browser'
     (e.g.
      - or -
      1. by pressing <F8>,
      - or -
      2. by clicking on the 'Object browser'
      icon on the menu taskbar on top,
      - or -
      3. menu 'Tools'->'Object browser'->'Show/Hide'
 3. An 'Object browser' is opened in the left pane
 4. -select tab 'Templates'
 5. -You see several templates there, e.g.:
     1. Attach database
     2. Detach database
     3. Create database
     4. Create function
     5. Create index
     6. Create procedure
     7. Create statistics
     8. Create table
     9. Create trigger
    10. Create view
    11. Manage extended procedures
    12. Manage linked servers
    13. Manage login role
    14. Using cursor
