Double click on the '.aspx' file in the 'Solution Explorer' window.

Steps: Overview:

 1. -Open your project

 2. -select from menu option 'View'

 3. -select from list 'Solution Explorer'

 4. -click on 'WebFormxxx.aspx' in the
     'Solution Explorer' window
