Microsoft Windows XP?

Steps: Overview:

 1. -Goto Microsoft Control panel

 2. -Click on icon 'Administrative Tools'

 3. -Click on icon 'Services'

 4. -select from list 'IIS Admin Properties'

 5. -select tab 'Log On'

 6. -enable checkbox 'Allow service to interact with desktop'

     Note: The default is not enabled.

 7. -click button 'OK'
