users in computer management?

Steps: Overview:

 1. -Run computer management

 2. -Expand 'Local Users and Groups'
     (Click on the '+' in the left pane)

 3. -select from list 'Users'

 4. -you will see then the local users
     in the right pane

      e.g. ASPNET

 5. -to see the properties for a user account

     1. right click on the username
        (e.g. ASPNET)

     2. -select from list 'Properties'
