Steps: Overview:

 1. -Make sure a shortcut of your PPPoE
     Ethernet cable modem exists

 2. -Type the path to this shortcut
     (usually a shortcut located
      on the desktop, thus in the
      'All users' directory).

     in general:

      <path to my shortcut>\<my shortcut name>.lnk

     ---

     e.g.

      c:\documents and settings\all users\desktop\mycablemodem.lnk
