Steps: Overview:

 1. -Goto the MacroMedia site

     1. Open your browser

     2. Type the URL:

        http://www.macromedia.com/downloads

        then click on button 'Macomedia Flash Player'
        in the right pane

        or goto the URL:

        http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer/

 2. -Click button 'Install now'

 3. -Click button 'Yes' to start installation

 4. -This will further install automatically
