Steps: Overview:

 1. -click Windows button 'Start'

 2. -select from list 'Control panel'

 3. -double click on icon 'Administrative Tools'

 4. -double click on icon 'Internet Information Services'

 5. -that will open a dialog box 'Internet Information Services'
