There is a useful list of free ASP hosting sites at http://www.oinko.net/freeasp It's quite nice, because also gives you detailed information on whether you can have an Access database linked to your site and ColdFusion. ewebcity.com - provides free ASP hosting I've found ewebcity to be completely reliable, pretty fast and actually fairly easy to use. The online file manager may seem a pain (it sure turned me off in the beginning) but it's really not much of a pain to use.
