Microsoft Outlook Express: How to download all headers and bodies of 
messages in given newsgroup?

Steps: Overview:

 1. -right click on a newsgroup
     (e.g. archives in the news.semware.com newsgroup)

 2.  -select from list 'properties'

 3.   -select tab 'Local File'

 4.    -click button 'Reset'
        (this will delete all headers and message bodies and reset the
         folder so that headers will be re-downloaded)

 5.     -click button 'OK' (this will close the window)

         Now synchronize the (currently highlighted) newsgroup:

 6.      -select from menu option 'Tools'

 7.       -select from list 'Synchronize newsgroup'

 8.        -use the default: enabled radio button 'All messages'

 9.         -click button 'OK'

10.          This will start downloading all the headers and bodies.
