Setup TWIG with qmail/vpopmail/courier-imap

Use the UW-IMAP to compile PHP portion of the TWIG, then 
add "virtualdomains" into hosteddomains under /var/qmail/control 
directory. Then run the test.php3 from the browser to test the setup.
