Using Win 9X with PWS, PHP3

Error parsing configuration file.

Some documentation states that the file should be renamed
to php.ini, but you will receive the above error message
when you attempt to open a PHP page, this is because it
is looking for the file "php3.ini" NOT "php.ini".

Rename php.ini to php3.ini
