The hermes.db database is the internally used Microsoft Access database
containing e.g. the configuration settings for synchronization.

When you try to manually add this database via ODBC
you will very probably find out that you can not select this database
(because it is stored in a hidden directory 'Application data').

The synchronization worked anyhow OK, even after this message.
