Possible cause:

You should set your Sony-Ericsson mode to 'discoverable' (instead 
of 'on')

Steps: Overview:

 1. -Open your mobile telephone

     1. Open your Sony-Ericsson P800

 2. -Scroll to 'Control panel'

 3. -select from list 'Bluetooth'

 4. -select tab 'Settings'

 5. -In text box 'Operations mode'
     select 'Discoverable'

     (and thus do not select
      the option 'On')

 6. -Click button 'Done'

 7. -After it your telephone is detected
     run the Bluetooth setup wizard
     to connec the serial port and
     or the dialup networking.
