Ben Gordon, Joe Accardo, http://www.fadinap.org/manuals/netscape01.html http://developer.netscape.com/docs/manuals/communicator/composer/plugin/contents.htm#contentstop
I did some research on this, since I am not a composer user, and there appears to be 2 ways of adding a frameset to your page. NS for what ever reason chose not to have a frame editor as a feature of the composer software, no idea why.. 1. choose tools > HTML tools > Edit HTML Source and add the frame set manually. 2. Download the NS LIVECONNECT/PLUG-IN SDKS @ http://home.netscape.com/comprod/development_partners/plugin_api/index.h tml and then create your own frame designer plug-in. If you are not familiar with programming & HTML I would not recommend #2. If you need help to write a frameset there are many good tutorials on the web about how to build frames. Here is the URL of 1 such tutorial http://pageresource.com/html/frame1.htm
