You can have a 'Links' toolbar

1. In Internet Explorer

2. On the Windows 'Taskbar'

To install the 'Links' on your Windows 'Taskbar',
do the following:

Steps: Overview:

 1. -Right click on the Windows 'Taskbar'

 2. -Select from list 'Toolbars'

 3. -Select from list 'Links'

 4. -You will now see a 'Links >>' on your taskbar

 5. -To view a list of current shortcuts
     click on the '>>'

Note:

Make sure that 'Lock the Toolbars' is not checked.
(click on it to disable it if it is)

To add shortcuts to your 'Links' toolbar:

Method: Using Microsoft 'Explorer'

1. -Open Microsoft Explorer

2. -Navigate to your favorite application

3. -Drag and drop its icon to the 'Links' toolbar

    Note:

    -It looks like it will not work if you drag/drop from the Windows
     desktop)

Method: Using Microsoft 'Internet Explorer' browser

1. -Open Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer

    1. -Type the address in your URL

        e.g.

         http://www.faqts.com

    2. On the left side inside the address URL you have a small
       Internet Explorer icon

        [e]

       1. -Drag this icon to 'Links' on the menu bar in Microsoft
           'Internet Explorer'

           1. -A shortcut to this Internet page has now been created
               in your 'Links' toolbar
