Steps: Overview:

 1. -Goto the Lotus Notes workspace
     (the screen, with all the buttons for the databases on it)

 2. -Right click on the button of the database you are interested in

 3. -Select from list 'Database'

 4. -Select from list 'Properties'

 5. -You see then the data

       Server = <your server>

                  e.g.

                   ABC12345/yourCompanyName

       Filename = <your database>

                    e.g.

                     yourDirectory1\mail.nsf
