Method: use the menu

Steps: Overview:

 1. -Create one or more windows

     1. -select from menu option 'Window'

     2. -select from list 'H'orizontal or 'V'ertical

Method: use the mouse

 1. -Create 2 horizontal windows

     1. If you double click on the very small left line
        in your TSE window

         +----------+

         |<-- click here in your TSE window on the small vertical line
         |          |
         |          |
         |          |
         +----------+

     2. Then 2 new horizontal windows will be created on the position 
where
       you clicked with the mouse.

         |          |
         +----------+

     3. Similarly if you click on the top small horizontal line

         |      ^   |
         |      |   |
         |      |   |
         |          |
         |          |
         |          |
         +----------+

     4. By repeating clicking on the separating lines of the window
        you can quickly repeat this process by creating further
        smaller horizontal and vertical windows.
