There is no 'encolsed PWS-php4.reg' file that needs to be used to install php4 for PWS, with the php4zip i downloaded from php.net, where can i get it

I couldn't find PWS-php4.reg in the binary download but it's in the 
source code download.  After extracting it into my PHP4 folder, I 
double-left-clicked it and it installed itself in the registry.
