Learning: Brain:Food:Natural: Stimulus: Which food might possibly
stimulate your brain for learning?
---
Your (healthy) brain should almost always already be functioning in its
optimal state (except e.g. after periods of less sleep, injury, ...)
---
'Food' might have an influence (e.g. coffee and dark chocolate in the
short run and peanuts, fish, raspberries, blueberries, curry, ... in
the longer run), but usually it seems difficult to deliberately put
your brain in a higher analysis, remembering or creative state.
---
Other nutrients (like e.g. B vitamines, green tea, dark chocolate, ...)
might just overactivate your brain, so deflecting it from its optimal
state, if one is sensible for it.
---
But of course the effects of this 'food' on the brain will vary from
individual to individual.
---
Below a list of 'nutrients' and other means which might have a positive
stimulative effect on the brain for learning
