Steps: Overview:

 1. -Start the program

      Yahoo e-mail beta

 2. -In the left pane click on link 'Add'
     (at 'All RSS feeds')

 3. -Type the URL for your RSS
     in the field 'Address'

     1. -E.g. for New Scientist
         (search that web site to find out which URL you will have to
          use to download the RSS feeds)

          http://www.pheedo.com/f/newscientist_online-news

 4. -Click button 'Add'
