Use the automatic scroll option.

Method: Menu

Steps: Overview:

 1. -Start the program

      'Adobe Reader'

 2. -Select from menu option 'View'

 3. -Select from list 'Automatic scroll'

 4. -The page will start scrolling

 5. -Possibly change the speed of scrolling

     1. -Decrease or reverse the speed direction e.g. with the arrow up
         key

     2. -Increase or reverse the speed direction the speed e.g. with
         the arrow down key

 1. -Start the program

      'Adobe Reader'

 2. -Press <CTRL><SHIFT><H>

 3. -The page will start scrolling

 4. -Possibly change the speed of scrolling

     1. -Decrease or reverse the speed direction e.g. with the arrow up
         key

     2. -Increase or reverse the speed direction the speed e.g. with
         the arrow down key

Note: using Adobe Acrobat (e.g. 3D) you can simultaneously have the
      text read loud to you
