Method: Keyboard <CTRL>: Refresh cache current page only

Steps: Overview:

 1. -Goto the Internet page you want to refresh

     1. -E.g.

          http://www.google.com

 2. -Keep the key <CTRL> pressed down

     1. -Now click (as usual) the 'refresh' button (with the 2 green
         arrows) in the menu

     2. -The cache of your page will be refreshed, and you will
         load the latest version

Method: Empty folder: Refresh cache all pages

 1. -Start the program

      Microsoft Internet Explorer

 2. -Select from menu option 'Tools'

 3. -Select from list 'Internet options'

 4. -Click button 'Delete files'

     1. -That will delete all involved 
         stored old pages from your hard disk
