virtual() with PHP4 Beta 2 and NT

Hi Sirs,

I'm trying to use the virtual() function in PHP4 and OS NT, but it 
didn't work. I received the message:

"Call to undefined function: virtual()"

How could I "include" a CGI script in a PHP page?
